1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Harmon ("the Service"), operated by Darian Harmon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Harmon provides a suite of web-based tools for event production professionals, including but not limited to:
- Pack'd - Truck pack planning and logistics
- Pixel Planner - LED pixel mapping and layout planning
- LED QC - LED quality control and testing
- Broadcast Planner - Broadcast camera and video planning
- LTC Generator - Linear timecode generation
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
- During the beta period, accounts are available by invitation only.
4. Organizations
Organizations allow teams to collaborate. Organization owners and admins can:
- Invite and remove members.
- Manage member roles and permissions.
- Access and manage organization data across apps.
Organization data is shared among members according to their assigned roles. You are responsible for managing access within your organization.
5. Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you create within the Service.
- You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the Service.
- We do not claim ownership of your projects, configurations, or content.
- You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious files or content.
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission.
- Share beta invite codes publicly or sell access.
7. Beta Program
The Service is currently in invite-only beta. During the beta:
- Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
- The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or data preservation.
- We may reset data or accounts if necessary for development purposes (with advance notice).
- Subscriptions and payments are waived. Pricing will be announced before the beta ends.
- Your feedback helps shape the product and is greatly appreciated.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
When subscriptions become active (post-beta):
- Pricing will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Beta users will receive advance notice and may receive preferential pricing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darian Harmon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
