  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Organization data: Organization name and member information you configure.
  • App data: Projects, configurations, and files you create within our tools (Pack'd, Pixel Planner, LED QC, Broadcast Planner, LTC Generator).
  • Contact submissions: Information you provide through contact forms or access request forms.
  • Survey responses: Optional feedback you provide during onboarding or access requests.

We automatically collect:

  • Session data: IP address and user agent for security and session management.
  • Usage data: Pages visited and features used to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invitations).
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
  • Send product updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). We use industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted passwords (never stored in plaintext).
  • HTTP-only, secure session cookies.
  • Rate limiting on authentication and public endpoints.
  • Regular database backups.

App-specific data (e.g., Pack'd projects, Pixel Planner layouts) is stored per-organization and isolated from other users.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (when subscriptions are active).
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Your organization members: Data within your organization is visible to other members based on their role.

5. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your account data through Settings.
  • Update or correct your information at any time.
  • Delete your account by contacting us.
  • Export your data by contacting us.
  • Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

7. Beta Program

During the beta period, we may collect additional feedback and usage patterns to improve our products. Beta participation is voluntary and governed by the same privacy protections as the general service.
